Terms of Service

 

You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law.

You, as the customer, agree to this agreement and accept its Terms and Conditions.

TERMS OF SERVICE - ORDERS

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel at any time, but because we try to ship in a timely fashion, orders may already be processed. If your item has shipped and you wish to cancel, do not open the delivered package,  write REFUSED on the outside, and return in the mail; no postage is necessary.

Warranty:

All retail ring sales come with an unconditional 30-day warranty. 

Payment Processing:

Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed. Credit card numbers are not kept on file. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Refunds:

Once your item is received, we will issue a credit back to the credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive an email from us stating that a credit was issued. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Sorry, there are no refunds on special orders.

Wholesale accounts have no returns only exchanges.  Unless it is a special order then there is no return or exchanges.

Return Procedures:

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it. We give a little more grace around the winter holidays – 45 days. Please include a note with your order. If exchanging, simply indicate the size you need and any additional instructions with your return. 

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a padded envelope, or your ring may be damaged in transit. Also consider the addition of tracking, in case your package is lost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Customers:

Orders are shipped International First Class Mail.
